Published: Tuesday, October 27, 2009 2:11 AM HST HONOLULU To mark the International Day of Climate Change, State Senate Majority Leader Gary Hooser was joined by Ed Case and more than 100 O ahu residents for a rally Saturday at the State Capitol. The rally followed events held by the Blue Planet Foundation s Blue Line Project that marked the potential effects of sea level rise, if action is not taken by the international community to combat climate change, a news release says.
