" The good guys and the bad guys all use Windows, Oracle, e-mail and Skype. If we alert the manufacturer and patch vulnerability in the system, are we making it tougher on ourselves when our own government wants to go after the bad guys? So why hasn't the president appointed a new cyber czar to monitor and, if indicated, secure the electronic highway from attack?
