I blame that on Henry Hyde, the U.S. representative from Illinois who spearheaded the impeachment of then-President Clinton for fooling around with an intern. When reports surfaced that Hyde had engaged in a long extra-marital affair starting in 1965, he blamed it on "youthful indiscretion." When the affair began, Hyde was 41.
