WASHINGTON - Police say they have identified a woman struck by a Metrobus at Florida and Connecticut Avenues NW Thursday morning as 30-year-old Amanda Mahnke of Northwest D.C. Police say Mahnke, who works as a communications director for Washington State Congressman Rick Larsen, was jogging just blocks from her Dupont Circle apartment at the time of the incident.
