The Louisiana Democrat attended a meeting at the Governor's Mansion in Baton Rouge on Friday with Gov. Bobby Jindal and some of the state's Republican congressmen: Rodney Alexander of Quitman; Joseph Cao of New Orleans; John Fleming of Minden and Steve Scalise of Metairie. Landrieu said she had planned to spend the entire weekend in Louisiana, but left to catch a plane to Boston, so she can attend Kennedy's funeral Saturday morning. (KSLA.com, LA)
